Refund policy

 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Custom Orders. Please keep in mind that Custom orders have been designed and made just for you, so unfortunately I don´t accept any Return or Cancellation on Custom Orders.
• Earrings. For hygiene and health protection reasons, earrings are final sale 
  and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. This exception 
  is in accordance with EU consumer rights regulations, which allow 
  merchants to exclude pierced jewelry from the right of withdrawal. 
  We encourage you to review your selection carefully before completing

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are prepared for shipment. Once an order is in preparation or has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at msfriesch.jewelry@gmail.com.
