Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and are approximate. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is available with our Priority Shipping option. Standard Shipping does not include a tracking number. You can upgrade to Priority Shipping at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Once an order is in preparation or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at msfriesch.jewelry@gmail.com if you need to make changes.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Yes — you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, and custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled under any circumstances.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately at msfriesch.jewelry@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging and we will resolve it promptly.
Products & Materials
What is the difference between gold plated, gold filled, and PVD?
Gold Plated — a thin layer of gold over a base metal. Beautiful finish, best kept away from water and chemicals.
Gold Filled — a thicker layer of gold bonded to the base metal, more durable than gold plated and longer lasting.
PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) — our most durable finish. Water resistant and highly resistant to tarnishing, ideal for everyday wear.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes, all Ms Friesch jewelry is hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin.
Can I wear the jewelry in water?
PVD pieces are water resistant and safe for everyday wear including light water exposure. Gold plated and gold filled pieces should be kept away from water, sweat, and chemicals to preserve their finish.
